Return & Refund Policy

At Flaunt, we care about your shopping experience and want you to feel confident ordering from us.

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy, but only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.


✅ Eligibility for Return/Replacement

  • You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging must be shared with us.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or personal preference.

  • Accessories once worn/used cannot be accepted back due to hygiene reasons.


🔄 Process

  1. Contact us at flauntluxurystore@gmail.com / +917805016882 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order ID + photos/videos of the damaged product.

  3. Our team will verify and approve the return request.

  4. Once approved, priority will be given to replacing the damaged product with the same item.
    If the replacement is unavailable, a refund to the original payment method will be initiated.


💳 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


📍 Important Notes

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible.
